About Beth
A real estate agent since 1984, Beth Kershaw has consistently been among the top producers in her associations with Penrose Properties, Hartford Properties and since 1993, BJ Droubi & Company. Twice she achieved the highest sales volume while at Penrose. She earned her Real Estate brokers license in 1996.
Beth attributes her success to her knowledge of San Francisco, its people and the real estate market. “I work a lot with first time buyers, which requires patience and detailed planning, but which is also a lot of fun.” Eighty percent of clients have been referred to her from happy customers.
Beth represents home buyer and sellers throughout the City.
A San Francisco dweller since 1976, Beth and her husband Don have lived in the Glen Park neighborhood since 1988. In December of 2004, they traveled to Russia to complete the adoption of their 11 year old daughter. They met through a program in the spring that brought Russian children to California. The idea was to give them an American experience and ideally to find permanent homes for the children.
They live with their daughter Kristina and dog Ben in San Francisco. On occasion they escape to their home in Sonoma for R & R where they swim, hike, ride bikes and tend to the vegetable garden.
