Noe Valley

Originally a working class neighborhood of mostly Italian and Irish descent, Noe Valley is now more culturally diverse with a white collared population. Discovered by the dot comers in the 90’s, Noe Valley is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in San Francisco.

Known for its sunny weather, two commercial streets (24th and Church St.) and being very family friendly. Noe Valley offers something for everyone. There are chic stores, gourmet along with low keyed restaurants, a Saturday farmers market, several parks for kids and dogs and easy transportation via public (streetcar or buses) or the freeway just minutes away.

Although the charming Victorian, Edwardian, deco or modern homes are costly, there are also condominiums and rentals within a more moderate price range.

The Noe Valley neighborhood is a real urban treasure in a special American city!
